 Each guest beyond stated occupancy is $40 per day. Rollaway beds and cribs are available. New York tax is 8%. In lieu of gratuity for each service such as housekeeping, breakfast, beach staff and the like we suggest adding fifteen percent in Spring, Summer, Fall and ten-percent in the Winter to your lodging bill. Gratuities for dinner in the Restaurant are always separate and 18% is suggested. The Wawbeek is dog friendly in all lodging except Mountain, Lake and Carriage Houses @ $25 per day per dog. Dogs are not allowed to remain in lodging unattended unless caged. 
 A 50% deposit is required. The balance is due upon arrival. Cancellations received more than 30 days before scheduled arrival and (60 days if renting multiple accommodations) will be refunded less a 10% handling fee or you may choose to have full amount applied to a future stay. "Full" refund less the 10% handling fee for cancellations made within 30(or 60) days of arrival date are possible only if we are able to re-rent your lodging(s). Please know we can make no exceptions to the above policy as we will have turned away other guests. 
 Check in time is between 4 and 8 p.m. and checkout is 11a.m. Guests wishing to check-in earlier than 4 p.m. or planning to arrive later than 8 p.m. are asked to advise The Wawbeek so that a satisfactory welcome can be made. Yes, check out is by 11 a.m. but guests are welcome to remain on the property afterwards. Arriving guests who plan to dine in our restaurant the same evening must reserve in advance! The Wawbeek is ideal for family reunions and weddings. Ask for our "Whole Resort" rates!
